on Booked.net they gave us the postcode for the wrong premier inn. We got to the wrong one but they said they would change it to there so we didnt have to change.

The staff were courteous and efficient, making our stay enjoyable. The hotel was conveniently located near the M1 motorway and only a short drive from Glenfield. The buffet-style breakfast offered plenty of choices.

There was no telephone in the room, which was a safety concern in case of emergencies. This lack of communication also meant that we couldn't easily contact the reception desk if we needed assistance.

The hairdryers in the rooms could be improved, as they seemed to have issues in multiple stays.

We needed to be near an elderly lady and we were just a few minutes drive away. We had an enjoyable few days and we would choose this hotel again when we have to return to leicester

I especially appreciated the walk-in shower and the comfortable bed. The reasonable selection of Freeview TV channels was also a nice touch.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic and we had no complaints.

To much sun light in the room and the curtain does not cover it.
